Processing & Delivery Times

Please allow 3-12 business days for order processing and verification. Once processed, delivery times vary based on location:

• Domestic Orders: Estimated delivery within 2-7 business days after shipping.
• International Orders: May take up to 3 weeks or longer, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

 

Shipping Carriers & Responsibility

Once parcels leave our facility, they are in the possession of the respective shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, DHL, or FedEx). Tropikal Mafia is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods. We recommend keeping your shipping confirmation and tracking details for reference in case further investigation is needed.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment fees.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid upon delivery.
