All purchases made on Tropikal Mafia are final sale. We do not accept refunds or returns under any circumstances.

Exchange Policy for Defective Items

Items with significant factory defects are eligible for an exchange within 48 hours of delivery. To request an exchange, customers must contact us at info@tropikalmafia.com within this timeframe.

To qualify for an exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

• Must be in original packaging.
• Must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged (except for factory defects), and unused.
• A valid receipt must be provided.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet these conditions.

 

Exchange Process

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email info@tropikalmafia.com with the following details:

• Your order number.
• Name on the order
• Email used for the purchase.
• A description of the issue.
• A clear photo of the defect or incorrect item.

Once approved, customers are responsible for any return shipping costs incurred when sending merchandise back for exchange.

Processing Time

Please allow 3-5 business days for exchanges to be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
